LRKC Scholarship

The Lakes Region Kennel Club is proud to offer a scholarship each year, in memory of Doris H. Phillips, to a UNH student who has been accepted at a college of veterinary medicine. Application for this scholarship is handled through UNH and the recipient is honored each year at an awards dinner.

Sean Greenlaw

Sean Greenlaw of Manchester is the recipient of the annual scholarship offered by the Lakes Region Kennel Club to a New Hampshire graduate of UNH who has been accepted at a college of veterinary medicine.

Pictured at the recent award dinner held at the Homestead Restaurant in Bristol, are (L to R): Jean Cote, Chair of the club’s scholarship committee; Sean Greenlaw, recipient; and Joseph Moore, III, VMD, recently retired Director of the New Hampshire Veterinary Diagnostic Lab and one of the advisors to the pre-vet students at the University of New Hampshire. Sean is a graduate of the pre-vet program at UNH with a degree in Animal Science. He is now studying for his degree in Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University.
